What is Fitness and Why is it Important to Us?

 

All of us want a healthy and fit body since having a fit and healthy body can make diseases that are dangerous and painful go away and we want that to happen to our bodies since everyone does not want to feel pain and feel weak due to the fact that they are sick because they have a weak body.

 

There are plenty of activities one can do from a Health Club to make their bodies feel more energetic and productive and some of these activities can be sports or just simply walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the fresh air that mother nature gives us which can also be healthy to our bodies since fresh air and not polluted air can make our lungs feel the content of actually breathing fresh air.

 

Zumba can make our bodies fit and healthy are the famous sports that we all like to either do or watch other people do such as basketball. Basketball can promote a healthy and fit body since it makes our bodies feel energetic and more active than just simply sitting at home and making our bodies content and too much of sitting around and sleeping can make our bodies weak since not doing anything productive and active can make our bodies feel more and more non active since it is already used to the fact that it is simply resting all the time which is not good for the body since the body is made to do active and productive things which can make a person feel positive about his life and thus making his body healthier and better than the ones who are just simply laying around doing nothing and just enjoying their time being lazy and weak.

 

The persons who are doing sporty and active things tend to be healthy and less prone to sickness since sometimes the body is being active and thus gaining more resistance to certain diseases since doing something active can make the body produce certain things that can make it resistance to diseases. But too much being active can actually make the body in danger since being too tired can actually make it become worse since having a tired body means having a tired brain which can result into a weak body and thus making the body prone to certain diseases
